PhD coursework is a compulsory academic requirement. Adequate leave is needed to attend classes, complete assignments, participate in academic sessions, and fulfil the minimum attendance requirement prescribed by the University.
✍️ Coursework Examination

Consecutive leave ensures the scholar can appear for coursework examinations without interruption and with sufficient preparation and reporting time.

The Departmental Research Committee meeting reviews the scholar's research progress, topic, methodology, supervisor-related matters, and academic compliance.

📋 Progress Report Submission

Leave is required for preparing, finalising, verifying, and submitting the progress report — including consultation with the supervisor and completion of required documentation.
